RETURN POLICY

Old Bones Co. Offers a Full, 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy

Though we are sure you will love the items you order from us, we understand that once in your home, it may not be right for your space. If that is the case, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please keep your original packaging; it is generally the only way to ship back your return. Customer is responsible to arrange return shipping with a shipping carrier and also responsible for the return shipping charge. Damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt. Shipping is non-refundable. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise will be deducted from the total refund amount. Merchandise must be received back in warehouse & inspected before any replacement/refund will be issued.

15% Restocking fee will apply towards the following return products:

  • Beds
  • Storage Units, Dressers, Media Centers, Shelving
  • Over Size Units

 RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Most items on our site are eligible for a return, with a few reasonable exceptions:

  • Assembled and/or modified items
  • Custom made or special order items
  • Items deemed to be in used condition
  • Items without the original packaging

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: (Exclusions Apply)

  • Lighting Fixtures/Electrical
  • Made to Order Items Such as Art
  • Custom Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Items
  • Trade/Wholesale Items

Once your item(s) are are in shipping stage or in transit, your order cannot be cancelled or returned. If the ordered item is refused from the carrier, you will be responsible for shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  You can expect your funds to be credited to your credit card (or original payment method) within 7 business days.

We'll send you a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed / email to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
