Shipping Policy

How Will My Order Ship?

Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days. Please contact us for White Glove Delivery shipping quotes.

Any Exceptions?

  • Deliveries are typically not made on Saturdays or Sundays
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs
  • If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply

Can I change my shipping address?

If you wish to change the shipping address, please contact us before the item is dispatched to you (this is likely to be within 48 hours of you placing the order). If your order is already on its way to you then a re-routing fee will apply.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the cancellation is made any time before it leaves the warehouse (typically within 48 hours of order placement). If the order is cancelled after it has left the warehouse, the  shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted from the original amount.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, an order fulfillment receipt will be emailed to you through which you will be able to track your order if shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Order Receiving

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. If you have requested White Glove assembly service, please instruct the delivery agent to leave the original packaging. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any problems with your order, please refer to our return policy.
