Cabot Sofa

The Cabot Sofa has a firm seat and back, and it stands on wooden block feet. It has simple French seams, which give it a comfortable and modern style inspired by traditional designs. The sofa comes in three types of vintage leather, each with its own grain pattern. Over time, the leather will age and develop a beautiful, natural patina. You can also get a matching chair. The leather used is carefully chosen for its natural surface features, making each piece unique.

Leather is top grain, aniline-dyed
Arms, seat and back feature French Seam detailing
Tight seat and back cushions are medium density polyurethane foam covered in a Dacron wrap
Block feet with a walnut stain finish
Plastic bumpers on all legs to prevent floor damage
Inner frame is kiln-dried hardwood
Manufactured to meet California TB117-2013 fire safety standards without the use of flame retardant additives in the upholstery foam

Surface scratches and wear marks on leather are normal and to be expected. Over time they will contribute to the unique personality, patina and visual charm of the design. If desired, scratches and wear marks may be minimized with the use of leather conditioner
With all leather products, some stretching over time is normal. This "working in" of the leather only adds to the comfort, softness and character of the design
