DSR - Trade Account Policy

1. Eligibility / Who Qualifies

Trade accounts are available to business customers only, including interior designers, architects, retailers, property developers or managers, hospitality businesses, home stagers, and other industry professionals.

To apply, applicants must submit their business name, address, business registration (EIN or business license), and resale certificate or tax-exempt documentation where applicable. Old Bones Co (DSR Trade) reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on business credentials.

2. Trade Pricing & Discounts

Approved trade customers receive exclusive pricing on selected products. Trade pricing is only visible when logged in to your trade account. Pricing and discount structures may vary depending on product category or volume and are subject to change without prior notice. Active quotes are valid only for the duration stated on the quote.

3. Minimum Orders

At the moment, there are no minimum order requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payments may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Net terms (e.g., Net 30) may be available upon application and credit approval.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Old Bones Co (DSR Trade) offers standard freight shipping, white-glove delivery, and drop-ship options where applicable. All shipping and freight charges are calculated independently for trade orders based on product specifications and destination, rendering any consumer-facing retail shipping rates or promotions null and void. Shipping quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to adjustment if carrier rates increase prior to dispatch.

All provided lead times are estimates. Old Bones Co is not liable for financial losses or project delays caused by manufacturing, supply chain, or carrier delays.

6. Custom & Special Orders

Custom orders such as modified dimensions, finishes, or fabrics are available on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders require a 50% deposit and may carry extended production lead times. Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Standard trade orders may be canceled without penalty within 48 hours of order placement.

After 48 hours, or once an item has entered the fulfillment stage (whichever comes first), cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please note that items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once they are in transit or have been delivered.

Please note that custom and made-to-order products are final sale and therefore not eligible for cancellation or return.

Custom items/art are non-returnable, except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

8. Resale / Online Sales Restrictions

Trade customers may resell Old Bones Co (DSR Trade) products; however, prior approval is required for resale on third-party online platforms, including marketplaces or external websites. Unauthorized resale or misuse of our brand assets may result in termination of trade privileges.

9. Tax Exemption

Trade customers claiming tax exemption must submit valid resale certificates or tax-exempt documentation. Trade pricing assumes valid tax exemption where applicable; failure to provide documentation may result in standard retail pricing and applicable taxes being applied.

10. Account Management & Support

Each trade customer receives dedicated account support for quotes, recommendations, and order assistance. Samples, tear sheets, and catalogs may be provided upon request. Trade customers also receive priority access to new collections, trade-only promotions, and events.

11. Termination of Trade Privilege

Old Bones Co (DSR Trade) reserves the right to suspend or terminate trade accounts at its discretion, including for non-payment, breach of policy, or unauthorized resale. Upon termination, pending orders must be settled and access to trade pricing will be revoked.

12. Confidentiality

All trade pricing, discount structures, and account information are confidential and may not be shared with non-trade customers or external parties. Violations may result in account suspension.

13. Changes to Policy

Old Bones Co (DSR Trade) may update or modify this Trade Account Policy at any time. Policy changes will be communicated to trade customers at least [30 days] prior to taking effect.
