The son of a homebuilder, Austin, Texas-based painter and sculptor Paul Meyer developed an early fascination with construction and materials. He works with cement, mortar, wood, and mixed media to elevate and texturize his paintings, exploring the relationship between structure and artistic expression. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Architectural Digest, and Elle Decor, among others. Handmade in Austin, Texas.
